Emmaus Church places a high value on Missional Community Groups. They are an essential part of your spiritual development at our church, and we desire that all our members join and engage deeply in them. Knowing that there can often be challenges for families with young children to participate, we offer partial expense reimbursement to help offset childcare costs.

Reimbursement is offered at a flat amount of $20/meeting attended, reimbursed monthly via the form below. Though we hope this will remove the financial barriers to participation, we recognize that it is a supplement and will be unlikely to cover your full childcare expenses. Nonetheless, you are welcome to utilize this to help ease the financial burden of participation.

If this applies to you, please submit your request for reimbursement below for all meetings held during one full calendar month. Requests must be submitted by the 15th of the following month (no exceptions). Our full expense reimbursement policy can be found in the link at the very bottom of this page.
